At this first meeting he read my folder (11 minutes, including questions put to me) and than charged, And I quote, Review of all paper work,, $720.00, on his bill for reading folder of my folder, for over &700.00 dollars. He also had me running around trying to find a PhD to be tested and I felt it to be a rouge to give me hope and to occupy me, because I'm very old and disabled. I think he is manipulate.
