He carries the proper equipment along with his camera which allows him to capture those memorable moments. The colors were vivid and immaculate! Jesús has fun and creative ideas for various poses. I, on the other hand, I'm the extrovert and I'm not cámera shy. I'm very picky and difficult to please as I want to get that perfect picture, but Jesus and his team blew me away! Most photographers charge an arm and a leg for weddings and Jesus gave me such reasonable pricing - there is no way I'd ever go with any other photographers for any special events. They arrived on time the day of the wedding. He replied to all my phone calls and text messages immediately. I am also a photographer (not a professional one, as a hobby) so when I was searching for someone to do our photos, I looked for someone who had a certain shooting and editing style, as well as skill. What I love about Ruby is that she can not only do beautiful outdoor photo shoots, but amazing studio/indoor photos! Trust me, as a fellow photographer, finding someone who can do both is very difficult! Usually someone specializes in one or the other. I originally chose Ruby for her beautiful portfolio, but kept coming back to her for her professionalism, talent and overall great photoshoot experiences. Most of our shoots involved our children, which (as most parents know) can be a really stressful time. Ruby has always been able to connect with our kids (even the grumpy ones), is super friendly and makes the photo time fun rather than a chore for them. All four of my kids know who "Miss Ruby" is now. Her customer service is on point. Ruby has always been able to match the vision of what kind of photos I'm requesting. There have been a couple times when a photo wasn't edited how I wanted or needed a little tweak and she always accommodated my request with a "no problem". She and her husband also spent a day offroading to find the perfect location for my anniversary photos after I described a vision I had for the shoot! My husband and I are extremely disappointed in the quality of our wedding pictures/video the engagement pictures were the only ones that I look at with out cringing. The ceremony section of the video looks like a 5 year old recorded it, it's blurry and parts of the video include the ceiling, the video is constantly shaking. It's almost like she didn't take the time to edit the video properly. It's extremely upsetting because the ceremony is the most important part of the day. If it was up to my family we'd be requesting a refund immediately. Secondly, my wedding pictures OMG!She didn't make an effort in fixing my veil that was bunched up on the floor so in all the pictures my veil is a mess, she didn't know how to arrange my bridesmaids/groomsmen properly so we all look bunched up and uncomfortable. The pictures with our parents are horrible, she didn't make sure to take enough so there's 2 of us with each set of parents and in most one of us is closing our eyes and to top it off she included that in our album!!! On a good note the album is BEAUTIFUL. Lastly she took MONTHS to give us our products. The wedding was in September we didn't receive our order until January and only because my husband began calling leaving voicemails and texting her because she kept IGNORING my emails and txt messages. Then she tried to make excuses when she dropped our order off. I'm not saying she's a horrible photographer but weddings are definitely not her expertise. I didn't realize how amateur her work is because I was blinded by the amazing products She showed me. We still have a bridal session that was included in our package but decided to cancel that and go to our favorite studio for that and I can't even compare the quality. If you're thinking of booking her for your wedding just know you've been warned!! I'd be glad to show anyone the video/ photos so they can be the judge.
