I had a Handy Man assemble a hospital bed at a clients home and dealt with a very professional young lady who works for Alfie. I simply made 1 call to Alfie to ask about a method of payment and was met with a disturbing response. I then posted a negative review, and she has retaliated with the following false information. I'm sure she will be pleased to know that her review made my well-earned 5 star rating lower to 4.4. I have had no business dealings with her elder care business other than assembling a bed for her clients. I am not aware of whether or not she runs an ethical and caring business. I can only attest to how she has interacted with me in one phone call and the ensuing attacks. I would suggest that she spends more time working on making her business stronger, her ratings higher , and maybe having a glass of wine! You be the judge. Her review of me Jency is the most unprofessional, misguided, unskilled business owner I have ever come across. She harasses others, lies, does not complete her end of deals and then tries to intimidate others with her status to gain the upperhand in situations where she is clearly in the wrong. It seems that she must be paying for friends to farm fake reviews on her business. In reality, the way she runs her business is haphazard and mismanaged: she sent two of her contractors to complete a service on her behalf and did not even give them the correct instructions to finish the haul away. I said it was okay, although we clearly agreed for a set up and haul away. I just wanted to be done with her, as while the contractors were working she was even calling to yell at them and harass them, lying to save herself. She wanted to be paid by Zelle. I agreed to send her payment by Zelle. The payment was sent, only for her not to have her Zelle set up. She called me repeatedly, claiming I did not pay her, even after I brought this unregistered account to her attention. She continued to harass me for days. As a courtesy to her, I called my bank with her on the phone, just to get them to walk her through how to connect her phone number to her bank account. After this, of course, the payment quickly and easily accepted by her bank. Even though the hold up of her payment was due to her own clear negligence and incompetence, she still continued on days later to lie and slander not only myself and my business but also my employees telling others that I did not want to pay her -- going around claiming that I was a "vile human being". If you're dealing with her, just be prepared for the reality of who she is. She is not kind or compassionate at all despite the type of person she claims to be.

The atmosphere can be described as safe, happy, and home-like. We are licensed and State Certified. We have a fire-sprinkler system and a fire alarm that is hard wired to the Fire Dept. A burglar alarm is in place. A pleasant chime is attached to all doors that open to the outside. Residents are cared for 24 hours per day for by Certified Nursing Assistants under the supervision of RNs. There is space for a maximum of five residents. Included in services: Assistance with bathing, grooming, hygiene, dressing, and incontinent care. Assistance with feeding is provided when necessary.
