Sometimes the carer would show up on time, other times they would either be very late or not show up at all. Given that one of the key reasons we hired them was to get mother-in-law out of bed and help her take her medications, this was an important failure. She would be stuck in bed unable to help herself and getting into a panic. 2. Communications with Regency was very poor. They would change carers without telling us or mother-in-law and would often fail to return our calls. Ultimately, dependability is a key characteristic for in-home care and, regrettably, Regency did not ensure this.

I know because an elderly relative of mine and I visited this place seeking placement for my relative. The rooms are very nice, clean, and furnishings are provided.
