I live out of state, so it is critical that I have trust in those taking care of my father. In the mean time , we started looking for a caregiver as we needed someone for my dad. We found someone and my mother let them know today. When she let them know , The owners husband said don't call us if you need help again. We won't serve you again since you hired private help. My elderly mother was completely flabbergasted.
