This review is to update my prior one from a few years back. I forgot that I've been to their…read morebusiness before. Killer Brows & Lashes did a wonderful job on my eyebrows for my wedding! I was having the hardest time finding a salon that wouldn't overdo my brows, despite my being very clear in asking. It's taken me years to get any growth out of my right one specifically. I went 5 days before my wedding - plenty of time to let weirdness die down before the big day. Masks were required, they enforced social distancing & the technicians were cleaning & sanitizing at every step. Their customer service was very good and my brows turned out better than they've ever been. Plenty of hair still in place to help shape new growth, no redness and my makeup artist even said how nice & clean they were! Pictures came out great and I've found my new "home salon!" Definitely do Killer.

I have been a loyal customer for about 4 years, give or take a bit. I have gotten my eyelashes done here religiously. I even moved 2 HOURS away, but STILL COME HERE. The quality is great, and they care about your lash health. Although the customer service I have recently experienced is terrible and I know the owner, Ivanny would not approve. A couple months ago I booked an Apt. with Nova. It was scheduled for a 3 week classic fill. When I get into Novas chair I ask her if she could make them a little bit fuller, just because I'm going to the beach. I of course told her that I know she only has so much time, if she's not able to I understand. (I am by no means expecting to walk out with a full set.) After I asked nova, she responded very rudely and said "Well considering you have literally no retention, that's not possible." I could tell she was annoyed I even asked that question. Even if it's "not possible", for your customers sake please say "I only have a limited amount of time with you, but I will try my best to give you what you want during this time". Not to mention she was able to do it! I got attitude and a hybrid set!! Putting that situation behind me, I decide to recently book for a eyebrow tent + lamination. Whenever you book, you pay $20 incase you don't show, this will be deducted from your apt. Cost. An hour before my appointment I get a text, Maya is stating she doesn't feel well and to please reschedule. Ok.... But what about my $20 that you took so I didn't cancel, but you cancelled on me? not to mention when I texted back asking when she could get me in, there's no response. I was getting my eyebrows done because I have major events this weekend. Very unprofessional and unreliable- I won't be coming back

At first, I was hesitant to get lashes done when I first moved to Cincinnati/Northern KY area because I didn't know who to trust but I'm glad I found this place. First starting off with how clean and elegant the studio is. The environment is calming and soothing. Appointments are easy to book and reasonably priced for the quality they provide. I've had my lashes done by almost every girl in the studio and every time has exceeded expectations. They produce consistent results and do a good job of providing a set of lashes that fits your face and doesn't weigh your eyes down. They don't cut corners, they do the right thing when it comes to recommendations about fills and sizes of lashes and keep your natural lashes safe that way. Finally, everyone is so kind. That really makes a huge difference in the experience. Getting my lashes done is my favorite form of self-care!

I was then recommended for a brow tint and "laminate". It destroyed my otherwise healthy and thick eyebrows. I called to inform the owner and was told, "Pethaps the solution was left on too long". No solution or service recovery was offered. I don't do business with owners who don't mind their clients having a negative experience that takes months for nature to make whole.
