However, I was born with light blonde brows, and had been filling them in every day for owever many years. With a job that requires me to look presentable and "fresh faced" at the drop of a hat, I looked into getting my brows done as a way to always look presentable-- even if there was nothing else on my face. Boy, oh boy did Steph deliver! The website and booking process is so easy to use, and I was blown away by her thorough website and instagram-- so many pictures and so many details! She is very thorough and detail oriented and it shows. When you arrive for your appointment, you feel like the only girl (or guy) in the world. Her studio is adorable, and she is so welcoming and kind. She explains everything in very easy to understand language, and helps you decide exactly what is best for you. She is also wonderful at making you feel relaxed during the tattooing process, and I was never in pain. We laughed and talked the whole time. Price wise, it is definitely an investment, but is so worth it. You are supporting a small business owner (and an amazing human!) and the price is honestly a little low for all the services you get-- the initial brow application and the touch up are all included. I also know that if I didn't like anything, Steph would fix it in a heartbeat and would go above and beyond to make me happy with the final result. I have not regretted getting my brows done for one second! if anything, I wish that I could get more frequent touch ups so I could hang out with her more often. :)

I was then recommended for a brow tint and "laminate". It destroyed my otherwise healthy and thick eyebrows. I called to inform the owner and was told, "Pethaps the solution was left on too long". No solution or service recovery was offered. I don't do business with owners who don't mind their clients having a negative experience that takes months for nature to make whole.
