He's professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and talked directly to my son making sure he felt a part of the entire process and invested in his own health. We originally went in because my son had experienced a few rough tackles in his last game. He started with an exam from head to toe. Discussed different issues my son was experiencing and addressed them one by one. After, he did a full body adjustment. My son left feeling so much better. It would work for a week or so then I was back for more. Nothing ever improved....until I went to Dr. Lemesh. I was apprehensive at first. It was more expensive than my past chiropractor...but I quickly found that it was worth it because it WORKS! I have been seeing Dr. Lemesh for 4 months now and he has basically FIXED my need for weekly adjustments. My back is no longer in constant pain. I can do everyday activities like laundry and not worry about my back "going out". I am confident that eventually I will no longer NEED a chiropractor at all due to Dr. Lemesh. Not the best job security approach to have your patients not need you but for the patient, my quality of life has improved dramatically. I have referred a few friends to him and they too agree!! He locates your issues and massages the adhesions out so it is like getting a deep tissue massage AND an adjustment! Once the adhesions are released, then the adjustment happens because the adhesions prevent you from getting that true alignment needed to get out of pain. Appointment times are always chosen by the doctor, not collaboratively, yet I was recently sent a message implying I wasn't respectful of his schedule--even though I had clearly said It would work but let him know if anything changes. The tone of the message I received felt unprofessional and condescending, especially being told I needed to "communicate correctly" in order to be seen. That's not how patients should be spoken to. On top of that, there have been several uncomfortable in-office experiences. While pregnant, I was told I "looked big," which felt inappropriate and insensitive. There have also been moments that raised concerns about professionalism overall, including poor hygiene (noticeable bad breath) and even showing up to an appointment wearing slippers. I believe healthcare providers should create a respectful, professional, and comfortable environment for their patients--this experience did not reflect that.

Our first appointment consisted of x-rays and a quick adjustment. Seeing my x-rays and having the full understanding of what Jeremy was looking to improve made me feel comfortable and excited for the relief to come.
