Have had State Farm for nearly 30 years. Service has always been good. However as soon as you have a couple claims they are quick to cancel your insurance. To make matters worse, they cancel the car insurance for the vehicle/driver that has not been in any accidents. They keep insuring the vehicle/driver with the accidents. Doesn't make sense. We have had our insurance polices with them for so long and have transferred them from car to car and have carried forward a guaranteed renewal clause so they can't cancel 2 of our vehicles. The vehicle they did cancel is new enough that it did not have the guaranteed renewal clause. But now we have to insure the car with the cancelled policy with state insurance intended for risky drivers and have to pay a ridiculous price. Beyond stupid. They should have just excluded the risky driver from driving the car. Instead State Farm suggested that he be kicked out of the household. Again beyond stupid. read more

Jackie Mackin is Awesome. she follows up on everything. we have several homes in different states. she has helped us with all our insurance issues at each home, even though it is not her responsibility. we think she is way over qualified and wish her the best. we tried to get her the commissions for the other business, but State Farm is in the dark ages and won't. she is the ONLY reason we use State Farm! read more

Amazing While we've used State Farm for over twenty years, we never had anything like the service that Katie and her team deliver. I slid in some black ice and banged up my Tesla.... there isn't anyone here able to do the work, so they have been amazing helping me to coordinate between body shops and towers and hardest of all the State Farm 800# people who are challenged to keep up with the situation.
