Then they went over their in-house program since I was in serious debt and that loan was only going to save me about $120.00 a month, which I still couldn't afford. I got mad and hung up... Then got an e-mail with a quote for their program and it was saving me $490.00 and was paying off everything in 48 months. I could afford that. It took me a day or 2 to finally call because I didn't just hang-up I had told him to screw off. (Pardon my language) I called back and, he didn't even blink. He lowered my payment even further because he wanted to see me able to make savings. So I ended up on a program for 5 years saving 632.00 a month. I am so happy the people here are so nice. I'm saving 200.00 a month now in a separate savings account like he suggested that is not linked to a debit card, and am at 1400.00 in there, I had someone from Citi give me a summons to appear, but their lawyers handled that and I never heard a peep from anyone again. My credit took a hit on the 4th month but Credit Karma is now showing it going up already on the 7th , and one of debts was just cleared off too. I'm so excited this is working that I had to Yelp. My wife opened up a savings account at Wells Fargo. She has had this account for two years. She…read moredeposits her SS supplemental into this account. She has four or five transactions per month on this account. One day she called the 1-800 number to inquire on the balance. The 1-800 system could not locate the account. She went online and the online system told her that the account did not exist. She went to the bank and the branch manager could not locate the account. His response was a shrug of his shoulder and a "Oh well". She called Wells Fargo support and after four different people and three hours she was told: "Well maybe your account got caught up in The Purge of fraudulent accounts." They could locate the account but could not give a definitive answer on why it was deleted or offer any solution on how she may access her money. My wife filed a complaint with The Comptroller of the Currency. The $$$ was not that much. Just $500.00. But they stole SS $$$ from a retiree. She took the complaint and showed a copy of it to the bank manager. All of a sudden she might have her $$$ back in the form of a check in 5 to 7 business days. Will update if and when she receives her $$$. This is a Violation of federal banking regulations as spelled out in Reg. C and Reg E. IF YOU HAVE A ACCOUNT HERE YOUR SHOULD CONSIDER FINDING A HONEST BANK IMMEDIATELY. Minimum check your accounts for any and all suspicious bank fraud committed by this company.

I am not happy at all with this bank. When I drive up to Drive Thru, no one is ever there. I…read moreusually wait five minutes or more. Every time I have to press the alarm button telling employees inside people are outside waiting to be served. Today I waited ten minutes. I did press the alarm button, but no one came to the window. I drive around to the front of the building and unhappily step inside. There, the clerk is helping a lady out having conversation about anything that has nothing to do with the transaction. That took another seven minutes. The clerk, while helping this lady, finally looked back to the window to see if my car was there and told the lady that driver had left. That's right, that driver was me, now I am waiting inside for you to do ur job properly. This happens EVERYTIME I go to this back. THIS IS ANNOYING. They have one employee serving the counter inside and the Drive Thru window. WHAT A JOKE OF A BANK! It is no wonder they were robbed not to long ago by a n individual who walked into the bank without any disguise and he wasn't caught until eight months later. I can entirely understand why a bankroller would choose this bank to rob. There is only one person the robber has to deal with. Great security./ I will begin switching banks and my direct withdrawal payments to another bank. This ban is terribly managed and is a total waste of my time. I would give it a negative ten rating, but there is no such ratting. No wonder I never see a long line at this bank anymore. I think people are banking elsewhere.
