A simple "We're running behind," "Thank you for your patience," or "We'll be with you shortly" would have made a big difference. After waiting for more than an hour with no explanation, I left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and like my time didn't matter. As a paying customer, I expected professionalism and basic courtesy. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below those expectations.
