My lashes were lifted beautifully and evenly, enhancing my natural features without looking overdone. My usual girl wasn't available due to vacation time so I needed to find a new place. I made appointment on the weekend for the Tuesday of the next week, got all the appointment confirmation texts, read all, checked if I need to click on anything to confirm - nothing, appointment was confirmed, got reminder at 6 am even about 8 am appointment. Moved my schedule and schedule for the day for my husband to take kids to school (causing him to attend work meetings from the car while driving kids to school), showed up at my time (8 am), waited for 30 minutes (as if I have no work to attend to that day at all) and turns out they cancelled my appointment for no reason! I have busy work schedule and busy life schedule with kids in it. I have no time for someone to cancel my appointments just because they are lazy to show up at work. Horrible, horrible, horrible. Zero respect for people's time, zero organization and utter nonsense of a place

Timing was good less than 2 hours. She lets you know how to care for them which was good for me since this was my first time getting them. I unfortunately was in able to go back for my fill (my own fault) but without it was able to have these gorgeous lashes for about 3 1/2 weeks. Make sure you go back every 2 weeks for your fill!!! My next set I will most definitely Go back for my fill so I can keep them as long as possible. Best part was you don't have to wear any makeup!!! great for those days I have to be at work early. Already booked my next appointment....so excited!!!!

Tracy is truly the sweetest and most accommodating person whom i'm always able to rely on. A true time-taking perfectionist-- which i admire! I am always able to trust her on how to style my lashes (full classic is my favorite). Before she begins, she applies under eye stickers and gel patches which is so cooling on the eye area. I don't see many technicians apply gel pads on their clients which makes me feel luckier to be at Tracy's since it does make a difference throughout the experience. When she begins she is very thorough and gentle when applying each lash onto my real lashes. Never have i had even the slightest bit of issue during her service. I've received countless of compliments on my lashes and it's all thanks to Tracy! Overall, my favorite part of having natural looking extensions is that i no longer worry about applying mascara (or even makeup at all) since the lashes give me that effortless flawless look. I've referred plenty of my friends here and they're all so excited to enhance their lashes.
