I didn't know how the Express Passes work, what a Park Hopper pass is, nothing. She broke everything down for me and made sure I understood everything before we headed to Orlando. She checked in with us after we got there and after we got home, though she explained everything in such detail beforehand that we didn't have any questions. If you are a "omg, please God don't give me a muscadine grape" this can be your tour. We had three ladies on our tour who are very into wines and who have traveled the world doing wine tours, while we didn't go home with a case of wine, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of North Georgia wineries. The wine tasting experience was comparable to the others in the world, we enjoyed our experience.
