It's not the money it's the honesty I am looking for. $280 to $450 is a big difference. I don't have a problem paying the extra for shampooing because I was told that. But when I dropped it off, even though I had an appointmen, they asked if I wanted a full detail. I said yes because that's what I assumed I already paid for.
