I was unhappy when a this very young kid (look like he's in high or middle school) who I never saw there till that day was wiping cars down. He wiped a very sticky glue, PERMANENT GLUE LIKE SUBSTANCE (I can't get it off) on my car and was laughing telling his coworker. I didn't know what happened till I pulled over around the corner to check my car and saw this substance on the hood of my car. I thought when I got home I could get it off but no it's not coming off. Overall my car was due for a deep clean and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean it was when I picked it up. It took approximately 2 hours on a weekend to do my interior. Keep in mind that your car will be on as they use your car to help steam the inside. They completely cleaned my interior and even put new floor mats to keep my carpet from getting dirty. The only part that was a little stressful for me was finding them as they are located in the hotel parking lot but that isn't enough to dock a star from this review.

I made my appointment 2 weeks prior so the fact that I wasn't made aware of this fee until the night before the service is crazy. If you don't hand dry afterward, which gets the spots that are still dirty, you won't be 100% satisfied. But it's better than most auto washes. The blow dry at the end has always been terrible. It dries the front pretty good, but does practically nothing to the back. Why they can't reposition the blowers is beyond me. Also, since QQ took over, the wheel clean and tire spray rarely work. But the biggest problem are the vacuums. First, let me say that QQ promotes the state of the art free vacuums as a major perk to becoming a member. It was, in fact, listed as one of the reasons that they justified raising the monthly fee by five bucks. Unfortunately, the vacuums have been completely down for over two months. They are not on at all - ever. In fact, the hoses are all missing. No explanation, no signage, no email, no discount, and no signs of them ever working again. The free rags that they offer are available about half the time. A rag is necessary to fix all the areas that they missed, as I mentioned before. Is there even anybody in charge there? Why does a company like Quick Quack buy a company like Glint, only to make it a bit more expensive, a bit less friendly, a bit less of a good value, and just overall a bit not as good as it was? I'm going to cancel my membership just over the vacuums and the way they've handled the situation.

I was VERY clear that I only wanted a 1-time wash. He lied to my face and said I didn't need to sign up for a membership. He handed over a tablet for me to input my email and to pay with my credit card. When I submitted, some pop up on the screen came up stating something about signing up for a membership. I asked him AGAIN if he was signing me up for a membership to get the promotional price. I told him AGAIN that I didn't want a membership. He assured me that I was not subscribing for anything. Then today, I was billed $43.75 for a MFing membership. Luckily customer service was helpful in canceling the membership and refunding the money, but I will never, EVER give this place a dime of my money ever again. I don't care HOW long the line at Wet Rabbit is!

Including exterior wash, plus a tip for coming on Saturday and at short notice, and our stinky, dirty, furry car was completely clean for $280. This matched most quotes, once I mentioned dog fur. Only the front seat and not really good on the dash just l9ked dirty...then the back seat nothing touched but he wiped the seats down but not all the way....mates were clean but not the drivers side. Still muddy.... The back he didn't wipe the headrest and there was dog hair still on the top of the car he didn't vacuum at all.... He didn't get in the crevices like spoken about on his website..... Didn't bother wiping the headrest or the trunk of the car was dirty.... Needlessly to say it was a lousy job.... I left my car there for 8.5 hours... His excuse was he was by himself but I did make an appointment.. They wanted to correct their mistakes by giving me a wash and wax.... They corrected the interior detailing but the wax and wash again was not up to par. The son Kevin said he could get that done in 30 minutes after he already had my car for 5.hours trying to correct the interior detailing.... I paid $550 dollars with a certificate I could give someone or use it myself.... I don't know anyone besides my son and he doesn't want it .. I don't want to go back to this lousy company and will let everyone know it's terrible. Terrible service and a waste of time
