There are many different frames and mattes to choose from and the owner can help with suggestions if you aren't sure. I've often chosen a double matte to bring out the color and depth of my pictures. I appreciated their artsy eyes taking my ideas and tweaking them to give me a little something more than I expected. And I like the way that I went to the shop once to drop my stuff off, then called to check the status (much later) and was remembered by name.
