My background includes 15 years in the Title and Escrow industry. When I moved to Klamath Falls, Oregon I wanted to make a change but wasn't quite sure how. I found that there was a need for assistance with ownership deeds as paperwork can be so confusing for so many people. I felt that if I could help take some of the frustration off the process that it would be a service that would not only be helpful to the community but also rewarding for me. I then decided to build a self help assistance business to help with ownership deed transfers for real property and incorporate loan signings, ownership transfers and filing of manufactured homes along with mobile notary services. I find enjoyment in what I do and have met so many appreciative and kind people. The choice to make a change was definitely a good one for me. Not only can I now service all of Klamath County but I can assist anyone with any property in the State of Oregon.
