Most people, myself included, don't buy or sell that many homes in their life. It's scary and it's hard to tell who is going to give you the help you need. We had the absolute best experience working with The Katy Team for both the sale and purchase of our houses. We worked with both Katy Anderson and Katie Krembs and adore both, although we worked most closely with Katy Anderson. She went OVER THE TOP to help us, counsel us, and eventually sell our home for over $100K asking as well as help us buy our "forever home" (we never need to move again!).
