I tried to book a standard clean and was told "you need to do a deep cleaning" for the first time. The person told me to be by my place by 6pm I was pulling up to my place at 5:55pm. I was greeted with a mountain of trash in the front of my place and all of my windows and blinds open for the entire state of Texas to see inside. I did a walk through on my own and found SEVERAL items missing!! I called and called no one answered. I continued my walk through and I'll let the pictures speak for itself. After trying to get in contact with management I was told "no one can call me because they aren't in the office" no does that make any sense? You need a phone to call a customer?? Today is going on day 3 I have not heard from this establishment, I have reached out only to be replied to rudely by some "secretary" via text. Do not let these reviews fool you. This place is a complete scam. Also to add insult to injury the cleaning crew picked up pillows from my dogs bed and put it on my bed! Pillows from the floor on a dog bed was placed on my bed where I sleep! Unbelievable.

They finally showed up and only worked one and a half hours and left. The bathrooms were not deep cleaned and there were several areas around my house that were barely touched. I paid $243 and got very little value. When I contacted the lady name Mel and complained about the service I received she claimed that the ladies would come out and re-clean my house. They then missed their next appointment and I had to call and report that no one showed up. They finally came the next morning cleaned one bathroom and left my house without doing what I initially paid them to do. Their services have very little value and I am deeply saddened that I paid so much money and got so little satisfaction. I would not use this company if I were you because they care only for the money and have very little concern for customer satisfaction.
