An off duty Katy police officer showed up to the scene of an accident involving who I believe to be his father in-law on yesterday, and while I was only the passenger in the vehicle at fault he approached me with his wife in an extremely rude/hostile manner demanding information from me. When I refused, he pulls his wallet out to show me his Katy Police identification card (which did not sway my decision to stay out of the investigation proces) and then tells me to "Go F**k yourself" while his wife continued being disrespectful in her arm sling. By far one of the most unprofessional officers I've ever seen in 35yrs on this planet. Fortunately Waller County PD ( the actual police office's who responded to the call) stepped in to diffuse what should have never been a situation with me "a passenge." Horrible hot heads with guns and badges in Katy. I'm a veteran with an honorable discharge who did not deserve to be treated the way I was by an off duty public servant. I will continue pressing this issue with the Mayor's office until he realizes that there's a right and wrong way to handle situations. Poor representation for his entire department when he was just there as a family member of the uninjured real estate agent. Be prepared for a departmental investigation because I'm now going to press the issue all the way to the governor if need be. read more

Whatever that lady's name was, who worked May 17, 2025 ~7:30pm, needs her position re-evaluated. She was dismissive and almost ignorant to assisting my distress call. She bluntly put me on hold as soon as she picked up the phone, and was very sarcastic/rude when i began describing the very dangerous and urgent matter I was in. She offered no assistance to my matter and only wasted my time, putting a life at risk. Do not expect urgency/assistance in Katy, TX if she answers the phone. Call your neighbor. read more

Neighbors were setting fire works off at 4 AM after yelling at them and asking them to stop, they continued so then I called Katy PD. Didn't they sent a cop out to what was suppose to be my address, they sat in front of the wrong out for 2 mins and then left without a call back or anything then the fire works continued.
