My case was handled by this firm for more than two and a half years following serious injuries that resulted in three shoulder surgeries, a lower back surgery, a major infection, ongoing chronic pain, and substantial medical expenses. Throughout that time, I trusted that my legal team was fully prepared and actively advocating on my behalf. What ultimately shocked me was what occurred during mediation. In the very first session, the defense attorney raised a significant issue that my attorney appeared unprepared to address. At that moment, it felt as though the case completely unraveled. After more than two years of treatment, recovery, and waiting, I was left wondering how such a critical matter had not been anticipated or adequately addressed beforehand. Following mediation, I received calls asking me what I wanted to do next. As a client with no legal background, I found that question difficult to understand. I had hired legal counsel precisely because I needed professional guidance and expertise. Instead, I often felt uninformed about the process and uncertain about the status and direction of my case.
