Mike told me what to get to remove the major part of the stain then came over and took a look. He not only gave me a very good price for removing the stain, but since he'd have all his equipment already in the house, also gave us a bid to clean all our carpets upstairs and downstairs. The bid was very fair, and we agreed. Mike showed up right on time, and did a fantastic job. He just didn't rush through it, but made sure he got every nook and cranny. He even suggested a way to brighten the carpet in some heavily trafficked areas. I even asked Mike to do a few extra things, and he had no problem with that.
