I have had a very difficult time getting a great prescription over the past few decades, and as a result I've had some difficulties with my progressive lenses performing well, until now. I'm so incredibly happy with my new prescription and the lenses that I had created through Dr Gandia's office, I had to tell you all about it. A few years earlier I had a very thorough exam, prescription and lenses created by another very well respected optometrist in Lihue, at the cost of about $200 more, and they were not as accurate or as perfectly focused as these new eye glass lenses that Dr Gandia and her great staff have now created for me. I was given a full battery of tests without any up-charges, unlike my optometrist on the mainland. They have a large collection of fashion frames at prices lower than my office on the mainland. What great word of mouth! From the moment I walked in the door it was very welcoming! The office space is really nice and inviting inside! Linda, the assistant is straight up fabulous!! Insanely helpful and personable, she helped me above and beyond with all my eye care needs. She's also great at being persistent in getting insurance to go through. The selection here is great! It's catered to Kauai's unique clientele. They had all the good brands! Ray ban, Oakley, Maui Jim to name a few. So much selection- it took me a while to choose.
