If your business can call twice and text to confirm an appt, why not use the technology available to you to alert your patients that you are running behind? My second visit I was told by the the nurse that they were short staffed. I'm a reasonable person and understand this happens but a call, text, email alerting me of this would have been nice. Respect people's time! A simple visit should not require 2 hours of my time!

The bathroom light in lobby also flickers and randomly shuts off, scaring individuals. There's nothing in lobby other than a tv set to HGTV to keep patients occupied. There are no books, toys or even magazines. Poor quality.
