I have swimmers ear and he stuck long metal tools in my ear to try to clean it out, he was so aggressive with the tools and I was literally screaming, and he did not care at ALL!! He was rude and just not a people person. Didn't even say goodbye when he left the room. I have spoken to other patients who have seen him and they said the same thing. Never again.

First time was about 40 minutes and most recent visit was just shy of an hour! Took off work unnecessarily both times. If your business can call twice and text to confirm an appt, why not use the technology available to you to alert your patients that you are running behind? My second visit I was told by the the nurse that they were short staffed. I'm a reasonable person and understand this happens but a call, text, email alerting me of this would have been nice. Respect people's time! A simple visit should not require 2 hours of my time!

Horrible experience. I came in for blood work for my 30-week OB visit, and the difference in how I…read morewas treated this time compared to when I previously came in wearing my military uniform was honestly shocking. I am Active Duty military, and when I came directly from my office in uniform, the staff was extremely kind, welcoming, and talkative. This time, out of uniform, the experience was completely different. The staff barely spoke to me and came across as very rude and dismissive. What bothered me most was being told that I had "left the property," which was completely untrue. I specifically asked the front desk if I could wait in my car because the office smelled unpleasant and, with flu season and multiple people coughing in the waiting area, I did not want to risk getting sick at 30 weeks pregnant. I sat in my car and remained available. Despite communicating this beforehand, I was later told I had "left," and because of that, they would not complete my test. I find that incredibly unprofessional, especially when I had already explained exactly where I would be. The noticeable difference in treatment when I was in uniform versus when I wasn't was extremely disappointing. Regardless of whether someone is visibly identifiable as military, pregnant, or anything else, every patient should receive the same level of courtesy and professionalism. I will not return to this location.
