The drywall repair was horrible and did not match the rest of the room. The painters did not do a good job of matching the paint color nor the level of gloss. They came out a second time and did an even worse job of painting, not to mention that they painted halfway up other walls that were not damaged, and even into another room that was not involved. They got paint on the floors, the commodes, and light switches. I took photos and sent them to the project manager and he said he would send them out again, he even came by to look at it. The painters were "sick" the next time they were scheduled to come out, and when I reached out again, I was told they were way behind. They never returned. Additionally, we had another leak from the bathroom upstairs down the wall of the downstairs bathroom. Again, I took photos and sent them to the project manager. The plumber came by and cut a hole in the drywall and could not find a cause for the leak other than the fact that when the new tub was put in place, they did not put down any sort of sealant where the base of the tub should meet the floor. I contacted the project manager again. Our home was left in worse shape than the original leak.

Paid for a complete roof replacement in 2022. They pulled off the old roof, and then a big storm…read morecame in. The rain leaked through and water-stained our cedar ceilings. He told us he's going to make it right and even sent people out to assess the damage and determine what it would take to remove the staining from the ceiling. This dragged on forever; in the meantime, additional rainstorms showed that they had not properly flashed around the skylights. They did fix those issues, including replacing one of the skylights at no cost. But the ceiling issue was never resolved. It dragged on for years, and we tried to be understanding and patient. We heard claims that the insurance company would be involved to help rectify. Nothing came of it, and our texts were soon ignored. The ceilings are still water-stained.

Then he proceeded to ask questions, which is fair, but in a condescending tone and with zero respect. Once I sent him our approved plans, he sent a list of aggressive questions without any context or having bothered to look at our plans. I was ready to give our business to this company, but could not believe how he was interacting with me. I'm sure he expected a man to answer the phone and when it was a woman, he felt that he could speak to me however he pleased. I hope he learns from this experience and treats potential customers with more respect next time.

Jorge came over and we talked about how the process worked, how we could break up what I wanted done into smaller more affordable chunks. He was extremely flexible with me being able to add things to be done, at a reasonable price, with reasonable notice-for scheduling. So far He has taken down the track lighting in the kitchen and replaced it recessed led lighting which is amazing by itself and has made my kitchen look brand new. He has replaced the hall lighting with the same kind of lights which allow me to see much better, less hazardous. He has replaced the vanity large, bulky, oversized, old light with a sleek new stylish light, which led me to see I also needed to replace the fan light in the bathroom, the sink and faucet. Now he is repairing some cabinet doors and will patch a wall area, install a toilet paper hanger. We are working towards blinds for the windows, lighting for the living room and flooring for the house. The work he has done is excellent quality and is a huge value add both financially and lifestyle/comfortwise. It was a very difficult job to handle, and they were AMAZING and exceeded our expectations. Our house has extremely high outside walls, and the siding was getting so weathered that holes were forming, along with some other issues. We were so happy with them that we again hired them in 2024 - this time to paint our entire house and update/fix areas as necessary. Again, they exceeded our expectations. There really doesn't seem to be anything they can't handle when it comes to construction and home improvement.
