She and her husband are the owners. I was stunned at how many beautiful quilts, throws, and other things they had. Now, if you're looking for authentic Amish-made quilts, I don't believe she carries those. I've recently become infatuated with beautiful quilts and would like an Amish-made one eventually. But until I decide on the one I want, I'm going with a less costly, still very nice variation of an Amish quilt. Jean carries all types: American flag quilts, traditional Amish looking quilts, ring quilts, etc. I will go back and get some more pictures. I previously bought another quilt from a place down the street from here which cost me more! Wish I had known about this place first....but still ended up buying a lovely quilt here! Full disclosure I don't generally buy antiques. But I do enjoy shopping and browsing antique malls…read moreand stores. In the midst of things that I think we're actually cool ... I play a little game with myself of trying to find items in the antique store that are play creepy ugly and perhaps offencive by today's standards. I started this when I started going to antique malls with my mom and I was pretty much bored out of my mind cuz I was too young to Really Care About Antiques. And it's just kind of a thing I still do find it interesting. As far as Antiques and shops go I have to say the ones in Amish Country were pretty impressive. They had a much better selection and the store didn't have that icky musty smell that they usually do. I brought my mom to Amish country as a basically treat for just her. I fully expected to just have to suck it up and not really enjoy myself but just give her a good time. I have to admit I had a blast I think I bought more than she did. I found several things I was interested in. They had cool things for the yard lawn ornaments and neat bird houses I even bought it bracelets. Now that I'm home there were a couple things I saw that I regret not getting. In addition to a antiques they have cool crafts and decorating items, quilts, delicious fudge, all these canned items ... jellies and relishes and pickled things. So it's just not for hundred year old ladies looking for antiques there really are some cool stuff.
