The staff was exceptionally friendly and efficient, and the food was good The menu offers a variety of salads, bowls, wraps, smoothies, juices, etc. ALL the healthy meals! The ingredients are fresh, and you can see them before they start preparing your meal I ordered the Spicy Southwest bowl, and it was delicious, hearty, and had just the right amount of heat/spice. I also tried the Date Night smoothie which was pretty good, but I didn't love the texture. I also tried a rice vegan crispy treat, and that wasn't for me. The texture/consistency was all wrong. No crisp, no bite, and lacking in any real flavor Some tips: If you don't see a bowl, salad, or wrap that catches your eye you can create your own. So if you don't want that much of a smoothie you're out of luck here. But you can always save some for later in the fridge! Their flavors are more protein based, lots of options there. Not very many fruit options so if you are bringing a child just know their aren't many options-but their are some. And also note they are large so you could probably split one between two kids. They also offer wraps and bang energy drinks. I feel like they are really geared towards the fitness community, which makes sense with 9 round being right there. It's changed some since it first opened, with more easily modified choices, at least from how the menu reads. With that said, during busy times this place is a step away from hectic and not worth the wait if you're pressed for time. The drinks are very good, and with no extras making it impossible to distinguish tastes. It's a pricey alternative to at home smoothies, but far healthier than the sugar-laden options available elsewhere. If a pre-selected flavor variety isn't quite what you want, you can add or substitute choices, but know that's where the price adders will come.
