After that meeting I asked for an email outlining the services & the cost on various projects. NOTHING, no communications back. We left many emails, text, voicemails & even enquired if everything was alright with them. Crickets, nothing back. Very concerning that even if they do not want to do our property for what ever reason(s) that Nick does not have the Professional Courtesy to get back after verbally agreeing to move forward. It seems to be a pattern of maintenance companies in the area that you have to chase them & chase them & they never get back.
