Dear Yelp, Last…read morefall we had our introductory meeting about all the maintenance on our property & agreed that we could start services in the spring 2025 but they might be available over the winter for odd jobs. After that meeting I asked for an email outlining the services & the cost on various projects. NOTHING, no communications back. We left many emails, text, voicemails & even enquired if everything was alright with them. Crickets, nothing back. Very concerning that even if they do not want to do our property for what ever reason(s) that Nick does not have the Professional Courtesy to get back after verbally agreeing to move forward. It seems to be a pattern of maintenance companies in the area that you have to chase them & chase them & they never get back. I suggest to be wary of this company as you cannot change the stripes on the tiger. Just VERY frustrating that they cannot communicate back. Tim H.

After many many calls for help to fix the leaks, Feeney's solution is that I should pay them to replace the 40 year shingles they installed 10 years ago. Feeney's price was the highest of three quotes I got for fixing Feeney's poor workmanship. All of these photos were taken over just a 12' x 10' section of my leaking roof. 2 HOLES, 2 spots with loose lifting shingles, 6 Low Nails, and wrong shingle layer overlap (seams too close) !! Every person, every work crew, and every company makes mistakes sometimes. What separates a good person, crew, and company from a bad one is whether they acknowledge their mistakes and make things right. Feeney doesn't. The 1 star is because Yelp wont allow a zero star rating.

I acquired the tree cutting services of Tonner Bros Tree Service to cut down a maple tree that had…read moredamage to it from a previous wind storm years back and was on its last legs They were recommended on a referral from a family member of mine After getting the tree reviewed by the local town services, I had confirmed that the tree was on my property and that I did not need a permit to cutting it down I dealt with Kiefer and he came to evaluate the tree and price it out I also requested to get the branches trimmed on my neighbors tree as it was hanging over my property The total price to cutting down the tree and the trimming was a great price overall The guys game early in the morning and were finished in the early afternoon It was a three man crew and they were able to get it all done in a good time They cleaned up the property, sidewalk and road efficiently and cut down the wood to the logs we were looking for I am really happy with the work that was done and would highly recommend them if you need work done for your trees Thanks again to Kiefer and Dylan and your team for the work done today

Glen came by with a variety of samples in different colours and put a good square yard of each style on our roof thus giving Edna a choice. The one she chose was scheduled for install in two weeks, and two weeks to the day the installation was done. Clean up was great!
