Wow! I'm surprised nobody has reviewed this RV park yet! We spent most of summer 2016 here with our…read morekids and loved every minute of it!! We are locals but it was awesome to "get away" and have a staycation. Beautiful location and just steps away from the quaint little town of Fort Langley. My husband was able to go to work still and I would stroll the town with my little boys! The playground and pool are a fun addition as well! We didn't get a chance to go this year and missed it so much!! Definitely recommend this location to anyone wanting a beautiful RV site!

However, there's too much traffic for my liking, and the trains are a bit much as they're only a stones throw away and sound their horns every time all night long. People are constantly driving in and out of the park up to and slightly past the cut off. If you're parked near the road it gets old in a hurry. The general store in the park is fairly priced & handy. The wifi is very limited at your site but is unlimited at the store. It costs $25 extra per week to park a second vehicle here or $10 a night. A little bit much imo. There were loud gun like bangs during the first day I was here and police coming through the first night I was here. As I write this at 21:44 there have been four vehicles through here in the last 15 minutes. Three of which were diesel, and one shining their lights directly into my camp. If you're going to stay here, try and get a spot to the rear of the grounds. It cost me roughly $300 to stay here for a week.

It is a pretty place but over crowded with permanent RV trailers not a lot of nice sites for temporary seasonal, it's taken with already older people holding on to their sites from previous years, unfortunately. In the summertime it is great having the pool, it closes sometime in Sept. Management - has certain people in the park who she goes out of her way for and others she doesn't treat everyone with the same, I had asked some people I became friends with is she always like this? They commented Yes. I've heard by several people and it's happen to us as well, in the park once you stay for a couple of months, I had asked if we could move do to our unit to not being near trees but in the open where the sun is too hot, we asked it we could move because there was a few openings and she said no and yet very next day a guy moves from in his spot to another location. I am a happy individual, I sosialize with quite a few people and don't cause problems. I've kept quite for some time and now I believe everyone should know, if you want to be a permanent. Plan on staying on 1 spot they will not move you if you ever want a nicer spot. We wore told when we got in the RV park we could move once a spot opens up, well that was a blatant lie. Also The year before there was huge flooding to the point it covers the sewer under trailer, a lot of individuals in the park I heard had moved out because of it. I just found this out and I don't want to be flooded, that was another reason for us to leave. Our hydro was just under $200 for a month and some people have had up to of what I was told by them as I'm still friends, some got $200-500 per month it fluctuates, not including rent in which that is $550.00 + {year 2019} Management was going to over charge us $1000.00 for hydro and then we pointed out to her that was not us but the neighbors, I don't know what is going on but that's ridiculous, my house has never been that - I have a home else where as well. The owners that actually own the place seem to be nice people but they need to change Management to someone else, Management acts like she owns the place, no regard for how she treats others, she came across nice in the beginning then when she is in a bad mood she takes it out in others, I have asked other people in the RV park is this normal, some have told me yes. Thank-you for your time and I wouldn't come back!

It's within a couple of miles of a liquor/convenience store, and is walking distance to a really good pizza place. We had a really good stay here. There's a vacation rental property on the same street, so we stayed in our motorhome here, while our friend stayed in a unit across the way (unrelated business, but convenient in our circumstances nonetheless).

Most tenants stay in their campers and never come out. If they do, they're friendly enough, just realize that this friendliness isn't genuine. We were friendly to everyone there. Planned on growing food for the community and guests and having cookouts together. We started hundreds of plants to get it going, then the resident drunk decided to abuse us and take apart our garden as he pleased, so we decided to move on, as his violent outbursts made us feel unsafe. Such a beautiful place to live and stay, cloaked in sadness and darkness, as the old men who live there, are bitter and unhappy with their lives. It feels heavy and tragic seeing the elderly men, stuck in small campers, as they have limited options. It clearly states in the rules for the park, belligerent drunks will be evicted, that is false. They will be allowed to stay, until they drive out all the good people. My advice, keep to yourself, don't allow yourself to be sucked in and it will be a pleasant place to stay, short term. We were there a year and a half. Just enough time for the true colors to be shown. We would never even visit Glacier again, after our experience.
