Very Disappointed. My husband bought 2 new bikes from this place several years ago. Over the years our oldest son grew up to ride bikes himself and his to be 4 years old. My main issue is every time my son calls whether it be looking for a part or needs some kinda service he is treated VERY poorly. I hate to say it but I will never buy another bike or product from this place and that goes for my son and grandson as well. I would not take my business there I would rather drive to Champaign to a shop then be treated poorly by Kawtown. read more
