Our jack to our Tahoe was too big to remove the trailer tire and replace with our spare. We were stuck on the side of the freeway not knowing which exit we were near. It was late at night. We first called our insurance which (of course) did not extend coverage to the trailer tire - but they called people in our area for quotes. The best they could find was Carnaghi Towing which wanted to charge us $165. We didn't need a tow, didn't need a new tire, just the tool to change it! I then called Coffman's towing who said it would be $85. Ryan said he'd be to us in 20-25 mins. He showed up in nine (yes NINE) minutes!!! He then said he thought we were further away so reduced our price to $65. He changed our tire for us and noticed the spare was low on air so followed us to the nearest gas station and made sure we knew where the air pump was then left. Well, the air pump wasn't working and we were afraid to drive on it so he actually made a trip back after another call to fill up our tire with his air compressor! He saved us last weekend, was quick, and charged a FAIR price, plus went over and above to make sure we were safe. Thank you, Ryan!!

Gary called around and found me a tire, when I arrived he popped off my wheel and we went to pick it up. It was to cost 200, too much. Gary, understanding I was not prepared to this amount of money quickly offered a solution. A tiny little tire repair and salvage shop where we secured a used tire costing only 30. After taking up TWO HOURS of his time, I was charged absolutely ZERO for their services. They even have to PAY for the AAA certification process, thus losing money. I even attempted to tip him for his kindness and time spent but HE REFUSED MY MONEY! This garage is local, respectful and honest. Gary explained how they often help motorists like me, coming off the interstate, because other locations will often take advantage of our desperation. Anyways, good people and good service. I will be driving up to Danville from Champaign if I ever require their services again.

A $3,500 job at the most. He took trim and hid all the corners with trim instead of using mud. Some areas had almost a 2 inch gap. On top of the outrageous price it took them a more than a month to do a week job. Again he doesn't do the work, his flunkies who barely show up do the work and a piss poor job at that.

The dealers confidently refer customers. Hank has fixed my truck twice during the 13 years I have owned it. I don't have a garage for my truck so it is continually exposed to the elements. The first time in 2016 at 77,052 miles, we have treacherous winters here in downstate Illinois, with the corrosive salt or beet juice spray on the undercarriage. A portion of the transmission cooling lines rust through so he replaced them for a very fair price. The second time was this week January 2023 at 98,713 miles after another portion of the lines rusted through. Hank replaced ALL of the cooling lines just to be safe. He was forced to create the lines from scratch because Ford has discontinued the OEM parts. On both occasions he could have told me that other parts in the transmission were bad, but he didn't ! As a lady driving alone I feel totally safe with Hank's repairs !
