What really surprised me was the price: $18 for eyebrow threading, which feels very steep for the service provided. At that price point, I would expect some added touches or a more premium experience (for example, an eyebrow massage or more detailed cleanup). After getting home and taking a closer look, I also noticed a few small baby hairs were left behind. Overall, the gentleman was kind and the service was fair, but the cost felt excessive for what was delivered.

The person doing the threading doesn't wash her hands between people which is disgusting. Using hand sanitizer between customers is NOT enough. I have had my brows threaded for years. The pain was so unbearable that I had to stop the employee mid eyebrow thread. She ignored me when I told her it was painful. She just smiled when I told her it hurt. I stopped her from doing anymore and told her the pain was too much. She just continued to smile. Go anywhere else but here.
