[[HIGHLIGHT]]Nikki is my personal favorite nail tech, but any of her staff does a great job as well.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Today I tried the Gel-X nails for the first time with Gina and she did an amazing job! I will defiantly keep coming to them.

The gel polish also isn't evenly smooth. I did like my pedicure! The nail tech took her time and did an extra coat of gel. Also the color selection is much more limited than other nail salons in OC.

Everyone is always very welcoming and attentive.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The tools are properly sanitized, and they package the nail filer and sponge used for you to take home. The nail techs take their time to make sure the shaping is to my satisfaction and makes sure my cuticles look clean. Plus, they were totally reasonably priced. Highly recommend! read more

I really fell in love with this nail salon during my first visit. The space is clean for the most…read morepart, and I initially had a great experience. However, there are some sanitation practices that need improvement--specifically, certain tools like nail bits should be 100% disposable or properly single-use, and that was not consistently followed. During my most recent visit for a manicure, I had a very disappointing experience. I am someone who struggles with nail biting, and I had been very disciplined in allowing my nails and surrounding skin to fully heal over the past few months. Unfortunately, the nail technician excessively cut the skin around my nails--areas that should not be trimmed. As a licensed cosmetologist, I am aware of proper nail care practices and understand what should and should not be removed. I did communicate multiple times during the service that the cutting was too aggressive, but the issue continued. By the end of the appointment, it became clear just how much skin had been removed. I am now dealing with painful sensitivity and multiple hangnails on most of my fingers as a direct result. It's frustrating to have undone months of progress in one appointment. On top of that, my nail polish is already chipping on one of my nails, and the entire polish layer is lifting and will likely come off completely, which is disappointing so soon after the service. While I truly wanted to continue coming here, this experience has made me reconsider returning.

I was in town and needed my nails done at the last minute, so I picked this salon because it had…read morealmost 5 stars and a ton of positive reviews. After my appointment, I went back and read the negative reviews, and honestly, those matched my experience much more closely. The first red flag was that I walked in to ask about pricing, then left to think about it, and one of the employees actually came out into the parking lot to convince me to come back. That immediately felt off. The second red flag was that I asked for almond-shaped acrylics, and the technician immediately started putting tips on without ever asking what length I wanted. He just assumed I wanted them short. By that point I was already committed, so I just went with it. As the service went on, I also noticed the salon wasn't as clean as I would expect. There were leftover decorations up and everything was just dirty and had stains on it, and debris around the work area, and it just didn't give me a great feeling. To be fair, the pedicure came out really nice. They opened what appeared to be a sealed pack of sanitized tools, which I appreciated, and I'm happy with how my toes turned out. The acrylic nails, though, were another story. The technician left noticeable gaps between the acrylic and my cuticles, as well as along the sides of my nails. They're also extremely thick. My boyfriend, who normally doesn't notice nails at all, actually asked if they were press-ons because they looked so bulky and fake. It's only been about a week, and because of the large gap near the cuticle, they already look like they've grown out for several weeks. I know sometimes a last-minute appointment is all you can get, and that's why I stayed. But if I could do it over again, I would have gone somewhere else. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this salon based on my experience.

Those places, even when I would consistently get wax, never had the consistent workers. I decided to try Sea Spa which is just a 5 minute drive fr my house here in GG! And i am so happy that I decided to do so. Nancy did my Brazilian and was very detail oriented and quick. She used the hot wax and paper method with small sections. I appreciate the small sections she did! The salon it self was very inviting, beautiful, and relaxing. They offer other services like body and scalp massages, mani and pedis, and even lash extensions and semi permanent makeup. Cannot wait to schedule my next session!

Love this new shade of red Kim did amazing on my gel…read morebuilder. She shaped them how I wanted and cleaned my cuticles. My natural nails have grown so much and I trim them every time. Lin & Anh are my go to for my pedicures and I moved away from square shops toe nails to rounded edges. Looks so much nicer on my feet. Remember cash only. Parking can get tight. But when the hair place is closed you can park there. Appointment is the best because this place is always booked and busy.

As soon as I arrived, I was offered a beverage, which was a nice touch. Abby was my nail technician, and she did an amazing job! I showed her a picture of the nails I wanted, and she was able to replicate them perfectly. They came out exactly how I envisioned them. It was also my first time trying Gel-X nails, and I absolutely love them--I will definitely be getting Gel-X again! Crystal did my gel pedicure, and it also came out perfect. Both technicians were professional, friendly, and paid great attention to detail. I also loved their use of technology. The check-in process was simple, and I really appreciate that their system keeps track of your service history and the technicians you've seen. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and highly recommend Fleur Nail Spa. I will definitely be returning!

I had such a great experience at this salon! From the moment I walked in, everything felt clean, relaxing, and really welcoming. The staff was super friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. I came in for a full set of nails, a lash fill, and a facial--and honestly, they exceeded my expectations on all three. My nails came out flawless, with so much attention to detail. The lash tech took her time to make sure everything looked full but still natural, which I really appreciated. And the facial? So relaxing--I left with my skin glowing and feeling refreshed. What I loved most is that they offer everything in one place, so it's perfect if you want a full self-care day without running around to different spots. You can tell they really care about their work and their clients. Definitely recommend if you're looking for quality service and a little pampering! read more

Got referred here from a friend. Did my homework before coming here n gotta say it's true . Very friendly atmosphere here. You don't just feel like a customer but a friend. Got a pedi done n gotta say it's a different experience. The spa chairs r not like ur typical ones. Stainless steal so it's very clean as is the store. U got lots of colors to chose from n the workers don't advise to do anything unless u ask. So no pressure here. All I wanted was a pedi n that's what I got. Never get my nails done but will be back for that. read more

Came by on Tuesday morning and waited and stood for over an hour to see if they would open. A sign would've been nice! I love coming here i love nikki but my last set only lasted 9/10 days before lifting and breaking... i called saturday 3/14 and nikki said i could come in then later said she said she was leaving early and couldn't fix it.. but when i'm able to come in it was closed and now i'm stuck with broken nails:( i get the whole corona virus situation but a little more professionalism would be nice :( read more

Love getting my nails done by Nikki, she always does a great job and my acrylics last a long time. Overall it's a great nail salon with great prices. The only dislike is the wait time; on the weekends they don't schedule appointments. read more
