You can find the most unusual but unique stuff. I recommend going in to check it out for sure. Story time: I got my nose pierced here for $5 back in 2011 as teenager and went back in 2021 as an adult for another nose piercing and there Dan was again still there 10 years later! Surprised that they stilled offered the $5 nose piercing, of course I did it! Dan does the nose piercing with an ear piercing gun (it's probably not the safest or the most sterile like a tattoo shop, so I don't recommend unless you're crazy like me lmao!) but hey what a story to share the same man pierced both sides of my nose 10 years apart in the same shop that I've known since I was a kid lol. I still have both my nose piercings from him & I never had any issues with healing or anything btw.

Like full-on, happy, "mascara is ruined" crying. The 4-carat center stone is an absolute showstopper, with 1-carat stones on each side that make it perfectly balanced and powerful--kind of like our little family. This ring isn't just stunning, it's symbolic, healing, and a reminder that I survived, I thrived, and I have excellent taste in jewelry now. No worries, he's a friendly and respectful guy, but I thought it worth mentioning in case of allergies. He's often asleep in the front window or nestled in a corner somewhere. She has a note on the door warning guests of his presence before they enter. Her shop has a good selection of various items, from man-tiques to jewelry and silver. I've always enjoyed shopping here, but it should be noted, Susan can take some time to warm up to you. The first few times I came in, she was brusque and mostly stayed at the register. Now that we've gotten to know each other better, she will regularly come out and help me with things in various vendor's booths around the store. She seems knowledgeable about her trade. A quick note: Her husband's locksmith business has a service counter located in the back of the store, and I wanted to mention an exchange I witnessed that affected my experience in her shop one time. One of my buddies came in to the antique store with me, and when he saw the locksmith counter in the back, asked her husband a few questions about having another key made for an oddball brand lock he uses. The husband was cold and bordering on rude about my friend's use of that brand of lock, because key blanks are hard to get for it. He was loud enough I could hear their exchange from up in the antique shop. It made my shopping experience up in the antique store uncomfortable that day. He's not usually in at the locksmith counter when I go antique shopping, but that experience that day certainly left an impression. This is the only thing holding me back from an even better review.

The sales lead (Sonya Hernandez) brought my watch in to the watch smith for adjustment, and he paused what he was working on to complete the task. Sonya also steam cleaned the watch, which was nice, as it had some schmutz on the wristband. (a little dried waffle batter) I expected a modest wait time, and had my Kindle out. To top it off, I also fully expected a modest bill, but these actions were performed free of charge! All in all, 10/10 for excellent service. I have no complaints. Oh, and there was no transphobia! I experienced professional and friendly service, and if I ever need work done on the watch, I will certainly go there again.
