A teenage boy turned across three lanes of traffic directly in front of me while I was going 50 mph. I was driving a Honda Civic Coupe, and he was in a Super Duty Ford F150. I remember my life flashing before my eyes. I was taken to Piedmont Hospital by ambulance and later sent home with three broken ribs, stitches in my knee, abrasions on my arms, shoulders, and legs, and bruises across my chest and abdomen where the seatbelt saved my life. Josh and Cap fought for me for nearly two years while the opposing party tried every trick in the book to paint me as at fault. This was despite clear evidence to the contrary and the sworn statement of the Georgia State Patrol officer who was the first responder at the scene. The opposing party's insurance repeatedly lowballed me for a full year, offering a settlement that was less than half their client's insurance policy and not even enough to cover my hospital bills. Almost two years to the day, Josh and Cap settled my case for 50% higher than the opposing party's insurance policy--nearly 3.5 times more than the insurance company's original offer. I cannot express the gratitude and respect I have for this team of real-life superheroes. Thank you so much for all you do, for what you stand for, and for the genuine care you have for your clients. I cannot recommend The Law Office of Joshua Branch highly enough. If you're seeking legal representation that truly cares about you--not just the paycheck you can bring--look no further. You won't be disappointed!

He focuses his practice on car accidents, trucking accidents, premises liability, and all cases involving catastrophic injuries. He uses his diverse and well-rounded legal experience to obtain excellent results for his clients, both inside and outside of the courtroom. In the last 4 years alone (since 2020), Brad has recovered – by settlement and at trial – over $42 million for his clients. In 2024 and 2025, Brad was selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star, which is an honor limited to no more than 2.5% of attorneys practicing law in the State of Georgia. Brad began his legal career by serving as a law clerk for the Honorable Dudley Hollingsworth Bowen, Jr. in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia, where he gained expertise on how lawsuits are handled by the federal court system. He then worked at Troutman Sanders (now Troutman Pepper), where he advised large companies about employment laws and litigated high-dollar disputes. Brad continued his career at a business and construction litigation firm, and he represented plaintiffs and defendants in various federal and state courts across the country. Through his experience, Brad discovered that individuals were generally underrepresented and without adequate legal counsel. He now provides them with the access to justice that they deserve.
