She misrepresented several things, including that she called the flooring company and that the existing flooring was still available. After closing, we came to find out that was not the case. She never called and referenced an old 2010 invoice in the binder. The sad part was we specifically asked her if it was available because of the 14-year-old invoice. She lied and now has no interest in discussing how to make amends. I would not trust her as you never know about someone until something like this comes up and she lacks the ethics to be a good realtor.
