I want to acknowledge the very professional services that I received from Terri Winn during the time that I worked with her to sell my home. I live a good distance from this property and, therefore, had to rely on Terri to monitor the property during the sale process. To begin with, she helped my decide what improvements to the home had to be made in order to get the best price for the home. She did a great job of advising me on the upgrades while keeping in mind that every $ spent came at the expense of the profit on the sale. She recommended local craftsmen who she worked with in the past and was confident that they could do the job for me. The resulting renovations really made the home standout, in my opinion. Terri managed the listing process and did an excellent job of exposing the home to a wide range of buyers. She organized open houses and was available to talk to prospective buyers. Once buyers were identified, she advised me on what to accept and what not to accept. I felt that she was working for me rather than just trying to get a sale for herself.
