I understand that my specific treatment plan requires an examination, but I was asking these questions specifically to determine whether the practice's approach was potentially compatible with my needs before investing additional time and money. When asked about a way to send photos using a HIPPA compliant method (after I schedule the second consult), since email is unsecured, Sabara said they have a HIPPA compliant email and to send it through there.... The preliminary price range Saba gave me, approx. $15,000-$30,000, also felt unusually broad and did not give me much confidence given what former patients actually say. I was hopeful with this office, and with Dr. Zeidler in particular. The non-medical staff we interact with is a reflection of the overall business, and with Saba's tenure with Aesthetx, without the timeliness, accuracy nor helpfulness to answer baseline questions is disappointing.
