My friend had an appointment today. They were a no-show. She had to call to see why they were late and no one would answer. Finally, the owner answered and said, "No one's coming. The driver slept in today."  He  promised to reimburse her due to her having to pay a friend to drive her. Then said, next time we come, to drive you I'll tell the driver.. yeah, sure. I asked him to zelle me or do it some Other ways since I have to pay the person that drove me today. He then stopped answering all together. Do not use this driving service.
