Their on call after hours doc has done a great job in quickly returning calls. When we've had rapid need, we've rarely had to wait more than 20 min. I generally don't believe in the commoditization/review of specialists like physicians; but I saw a poor review and needed to write a different story.

Second, they make it extremely difficult for new patients to be seen- they make you jump through hoops and have the parents to the leg work. I have a 2 year old that has already been seen twice at this office as well as a 9 month old that was supposed to have her first visit today. However, this morning we were dealing with an emergency, but my husband still managed to rush out the door to make sure our child made it on time, which they did. But because my husband forgot his license, they refused to see my 9 month old so she could get caught up with her shots. When my husband came home and explained what happened, I was furious because I've never heard of such a thing. They had all the insurance information and all their info as well as mine and my husband's on file. So I called them to ask why and how they could just refuse a patient. They claimed they supposedly had no way of identifying him so they would not allow him to take her back. IT WAS HER DAD FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!!! I even said they could have called me to confirm but they said they had no way of doing so....you've got to be kidding me. Needless to say I'm just going to have to find a much better office for both my children.

They won't call u back for an hour and a half and then when u finally get into a room there is another 3 hour wait for the doctor. The doctor insists of swabbing your throat even if you are there for a broken arm or something unrelated to the throat. I rather just be sick then come to pillsbury. I got the typical eye rolling, and mocking from the current receptionist, an older lady who you could tell did not feel she needed to go to work. If it was possible to give no stars, I would.
