I've never ever been to a clinic that turned us away for being on time. This is unprofessional and I would like to think unethical. I'm a chronically late person so I was proud of myself for being on time to our appt. For us to be turned away gave me so much anxiety! No other clinic does this I promise you! I can see being turned away for being 15 min late for an appt but for not being 15 min early, that's not ok. Needless to say we will not be going back! Ever!
