A few days later I started getting several responses. Only one said that he could fix it, and it was Damon. I contacted him and later that afternoon he said that he could come to my home and fix it. When he showed up he started working on it immediately. I stood there and watched him take the unit apart until he finally reached the display. He removed it and replaced it with a new one that I had recently purchased online. After he put it back together I plugged it in and tested it and it worked perfectly. The previous home owner also left us a lot of mounted indoor/outdoor speakers and cameras with equipment in cabinets that we had no idea what to do with, so CSI gave us their honest input to avoid spending unnecessary money. They knew what we needed to activate everything and can also help setup these items too if needed.
