After the contract term was up, I went with a more well known, nationally recognized security provider who even provided the letter to cancel with CSG. Afterwards CSG took their final payment for the 30-day contract requirement...or so I thought. 33 days later, they took another payment claiming the 30-day notice was not provided, even though they've acknowledged the cancellation. I've essentially paid for 63 days of service with no service.
