She called this company this morning and was treated very rudely and demeaning. Could not get a quote at all. She asked why she could not get a quote because other agencies have had no problem giving her a quote.and she got a rude reply "you should be fine then". My daughter hung up in tears and in complete dismay of how she was just treated. She should have never had to endure that kind of treatment. It is hard enough to deal with four children alone and be apart from her husband for months on end while he is on the ship. I would love to tell this lady that she is ok, State Farm called shortly after and insured her right away and was eager to do it and treated her very nicely. It brightened her day up after the ordeal she had just went through.

We discovered several things that had not been paid. He is helping me to follow up so that we can finally GIT ER DONE!!!! He has helped me far and beyond what our agent in Washington (where the fire was) ever did. He is even helping me try to find insurance in Idaho for our property that got dropped because of potential fire danger. He is doing all this out of the kindness of his Christian heart.
