Our home is a vacation home as such not there all the time. KB will move the trash from side of house dump and return trash can to side of house. Been quick to address any concern. Recommend them to new neighbors and friends. read more

This is a review that I never thought I would have to post. For a long time this company was very reasonable and reliable. But all of a sudden they went DOWNHILL. In the end they stopped picking up trash, never returned calls and on top of that took a payment BEFORE it was due. We will no longer use this service and it is very sad that it had to come to this after the positive experience we had with them. read more

IS THERE A ZERO STARS RATING? I have paid this company $46/month over the past year. Since March 2020, they have picked up my trash ONE TIME. YES, you read that right....ONE TIME. I continued to pay, but no one answers phone, address leads to an abandoned building, and no one answers emails sent to email on website. I would like to start taking my raccoom torn apart bags of trash and putting them at their location, but it appears to be abandoned. What to do about a shell business? Sherriff? For sure, Better Business Bureau. DO NOT USE KB TRASH. read more

I called Tom to get a 10-yard dumpster on short notice. He was able to accommodate the short notice, but unfortunately he did not have the size dumpster I needed. He recommended another company that had what I needed and provided me with their phone number. I really appreciate that he went out of my way to help me, even though I wasn't able to give him my business! read more

They are worse than the trash they claim to pick up…read more Instead of providing service, they harass, bully, and buy out other companies because no one actually wants to work with them. They took my money, never picked up the trash, and continue to harass me with phone calls and emails. This is theft -- they charged me but never rendered the service. The attached photo shows the trash still sitting there after they claimed it was collected. This company needs to be held accountable. If they show up on my property again, I will involve law enforcement. They are dishonest, predatory, and should not be trusted..

That other service cancelled on me day before move. I called Rockport Moving, who was busy but they said they would make arrangements to accommodate me! Rockport Moving stayed in close touch with me via texts and phone calls and showed up on moving day on time! I am so grateful that the guys were there! They were both so calm and kind and humble and helpful despite my mother (Alzheimer's dementia and confusion) acting out and constantly asking questions and bugging them!
