I called the office no less than 5 times this past 2 weeks and got one return phone call with no information. The message left on my phone was curt and short with a slammed receiver at the end. Very unprofessional and angry. Not happy at all. Big change from the personal service we were used to getting. Not happy at all. Without a call back getting us an appointment with either Luanne or anyone else working for Sierra Financial we will seek other options.
