I was rear ended last year and my former agency reported that it was my fault (how you can be at fault being rear ended is beyond me)! I only discovered this mistake by contacting Dave who did a thorough investigation of my record and made me aware of this! If it wasn't for Dave and his dedication to helping his customers this mistake would of gone unchecked and on my record for up to 5 years. My former insurance company had absolutely no interest in correcting their mistake. Needless to say I dropped my old insurance company and now have all my policies with Allstate. I called him at 9:00 AM on Monday, he took all of my information. 2:00 PM I received a very competitive quote. Today at 10:00 AM Dylan was at my house taking photos. By 1:00 PM I was given the thumbs up by underwriting I have already signed the papers, I am covered today.I didn't realize how much insurance companies charge if you finance it and pay it monthly, I don't get that much from the interest rate on my CDs so I'm very relieved and I can stop worrying about it. Country Financial is a Nevada only insurance company, they have their own underwriters and they know Carson City very well. My previous agent had already made five phone calls and couldn't get a quote at any of them. The receptionist says "I'm sorry" all the time and never makes an effort to find the answer. The paperwork that State Farm sent out specifically said "if you are satisfied with your current coverage as shown on the attached Declarations, you need do nothing further." But then they add more coverages that I didn't want. I kept asking and re-asking about the wording and was unable to get an answer. I have had State Farm for many, many years and my previous agent made sure his employees were adequately trained and they were always able to answer questions. The agent was also easily accessible.
