It was a bit hard to find. The place it was showing on the map was sort of the opposite place it ended up being. It showed that it was around Ikea and Black Rock, but instead it was on the other side of the expressway in an unmarked building with limited signage. But finally we did arrive. Not all of the displays were working yet or filled, but as stated, it is a bit early into the season. It was a decent size store filled with a lot of the full seasonal merch. I am sure we will be back to make some final decisions when it gets closer to Halloween, but for now we were just window shopping. My child almost bought a mug, but wanted to wait and see if a greater selection was available before committing her hard earned money. Fun place. Quite a few customers were also eager to shop around early.

Things were not super clearly organized and it took me a little time to find what I was looking for. The selection was ok but not great. There were a lot of scary costumes and accessories if that's what you're looking for. Needing a few items for my kids, I found the child costume section, which was definitely anemic. I would recommend buying kids things elsewhere. Other than a handful of branded costumes, and many candy buckets, there wasn't much else. They were well staffed, though, with nice associates and once I found what I needed, I was in and out rather quickly.

Wow!! The group of 4 guys Party Max sent out to put up the tents were awesome!! We had a 40X60…read moretent and they were in the middle of setting up on Friday during the roughest part of the storm. They worked like crazy (avoided all the sprinkler lines, thank GOD) and were there for 3 hours!!! Everything was set up perfect and stayed perfectly in place. For tare down they were gracious enough to give me a time and were prompt and fast. They took care of everything and we could not have been more impressed. Thanks again for sending such a hard working team and for all your support these last two events. You were quick with every change, were able to supply EVERYTHING we needed and really gave us a since of confidence knowing you "had our backs". We will be calling Party Max and ONLY Party Max for our next event !!

He was SO rude, raised his voice to both me and my husband, HUNG UP on me, and delivered a dirty tent and tables. And then get this, he charged us twice for the tables, and it took 3 months and several phone calls to get the charges off of my credit card. I would NEVER use this place again, I have never been treated so rudely by a "business owner" before in my life.
