Had some work recently done by Brandon of KC AudioFX and thought I'd take a moment to share the experience. We recently moved to the area and desperately needed to get a TV mounted so our children would keep their hands off of it. My wife decided to check the yellow pages and the first business she tried was KC AudioFX. Within a couple of rings my wife got a real live person which turned out to be Brandon. He stated he could be out in about 20 minutes to give us a quote on the job. He came as promised and took a few minutes to get us a quote. Next I asked him when he could get out and do the work...he said well I have another job but I could come over right after that. So Brandon again showed up as promised and completed the work as stated at the price in which I was quoted. As mentioned above we've recently purchased our house and I've had a number of workers out to complete various tasks. Of those workers in terms of speed and quality of work KC AudioFX (Brandon) was the best. We got a live voice every time we called, he followed through with the times he promised (was actually a little quicker) and we got everything done the same day. I had a great experience with kcaudiofx and thought I would share it with everyone on here.. So I went to Best Buy to find a TV, after talking to the sales people they kept pointing me in the direction of the higher priced tv's that I really wasn't wanting. Then I asked them how much it would cost me to get the tv hung on the wall above the fireplace, wow! I was amazed at how much they charge for such a thing! After spending nearly 2 hours their, my wife suggested we find someone in the yellowpages and just shop around. I was anxious to get this all done but I agreed. We went home and the first place I called was kcaudiofx. I got ahold of Brandon and he came out within 2 hours! He said he could give us a good deal on a TV and mount it and supply all the parts! I was VERY happy with the price and the TV he sold us was actually cheaper than Best Buy and it came with the same warranty as what they were offering me! Brandon was very professional with us and made everything very clear on what was going to happen, on how it will look, how it will be hooked up, how long it will take etc. Great work! Brandon at KC AudioFX did a fantastic job for my satellite and off-air antenna installation. I called him the day before to hopefully get him out the next day for the installation and he was there, and no additional fee for the expedited service. Any special parts that were needed for the install were invoiced to me at his cost (no mark-up). Brandon was completely professional and made sure to check all connections and signal levels before he left to make sure the job was done right. Absolutely the best service from Brandon. He's installed two of my flat screen hdtv's and just recently did a Direct TV installtion in my new apartment where we thought it was impossible.
